Higher Education Scholarships
The TOPP Foundation’s Higher Education Scholarship is dedicated to supporting local students with type 1 diabetes (T1D) from Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia County, PA. This scholarship is available to high school graduates planning to continue their education at a two- or four-year college, university, or professional/trade school.
Since 2022, the TOPP Foundation has awarded a total of twelve scholarships—four in 2022, three in 2023, and five in 2024. These scholarships honor the courage, determination, strength, and resilience of students living with T1D, who demonstrate inspiring perseverance while managing a challenging chronic condition.
We are thrilled to announce that the 2025 Higher Education Scholarship Application is now open! The TOPP Foundation is excited to continue recognizing and supporting remarkable T1D students as they pursue their educational dreams.
Scholarship Details
Award: $500 per recipient
Eligibility: High school seniors with T1D from Bucks, Montgomery, or Philadelphia counties graduating in 2025
Requirements: Complete an application, provide documentation, and submit an essay
Deadline: June 30, 2025
